I've forgotten my login and password. What should I do?
Use the password recovery system. Follow the link "Forgot Password?" near the authorization form or click here. I get "Incorrect password" message every time I try to to log in. What should I do?
Follow these steps:
1. Make sure all information You have entered is correct, check whether CAPS LOCK is enabled, upper and lowercase letters are processed differently.
2. Check the security level enabled in Your browser. It is recommended to choose the "Medium" security setting for the site's normal operation (in order to change it, use "Service" - "Explorer Settings" - "Security" menu).
